satisfied with your jewelry item, we offer store credit as our return solution.

1. Return Requirements
- Jewelry items must be in their original, unworn condition.
- All original packaging, including boxes and certificates, must be returned.
- Custom-made or engraved jewelry items are not eligible for return/exchange.
2. Return Period
You have 7 days from the
date of purchase to initiate a return

To initiate a return,
please contact us at either our Toronto or Richmond Hill location.
4. Store Credit
Upon receiving your returned item and
inspecting it, we will issue a store credit. Store credit can be used for
future purchases.
5. Exchanges
You may exchange your
purchased item for another item in the store
6. Non-returnable Items
Custom made, engraved
jewelry, or jewelry that has been altered are not eligible for return/exchange
7. Defective Items
If you receive a
defective jewelry item, please contact us immediately, and we will work to
resolve the issue promptly.
