PURCHASING FROM MARKLASH.COM

Please read carefully. YOUR USE OF THIS WEB SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not use this site. Mark Lash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions of Use whenever you visit this Site.

Once a selection is made click on the “add to cart” button. You will then be given the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Please note: No PayPal or credit card refunds will be issued unless the item has been shipped incorrectly.

ORDER PROCESSING

It may take up to 2-8 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES

PayPal is the primary method of payment for all purchases. All major credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

SHIPPING PURCHASES

Marklash.com offers delivery in Canada and the US. All prices are expressed in Canadian dollars.
For destinations in Canada regular shipping is free. For the US regular shipping is free.
Once payment has been received for your purchases, your item(s) will be shipped via Canada Post or Fedex. Marklash.com reserves the right to select the method of shipping.
For your protection please insure every return and make certain that you are provided with a tracking number for the parcel. Marklash.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for providing any insurance coverage for returned item(s).

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for web credit on all items excluding custom design jewelry purchased through marklash.com
Please contact marklash.com or 416 256 5229 to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
Web credits maybe used on line or at either store location.
All returned items with a return authorization number may be returned in person to either location or shipped via Canada Post or Fedex at the customers expense.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless marklash.com has sent the incorrect item. For US returns kindly note that it is necessary to write on the exterior of the package “Return of Canadian Goods”. If this is omitted you may be subject to additional duty, brokerage fees and taxes. All prices on return documents are to be expressed in Canadian dollars.

RETURN PROCESS

Our workshop will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item(s). Returns take approximately 5 business days to process upon receipt of the item. We accept returns for all regular priced items purchased on line within 14 days of receipt of the item.

PACKAGING RETURNS

Item(s) are to be returned in their original packaging with original documents. Item(s) are to be returned unworn with original tickets attached.

BACK ORDERS

If an item(s) is on back order it may take 4-12 weeks before the item can be shipped. We will notify you prior to shipping out the order. In the event that an item on your order is on back order and the other items are in stock, we will ship the in stock items and send the back order item(s) once it arrives. We will notify you prior to shipping out the order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

You may only cancel an order via telephone or email up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a web credit. You are responsible for all shipping costs to marklash.com. You will receive an email if your completed order is cancelled due to the item(s) being out of stock or no longer available.
