She focused on asking questions, until we were able to find the right ring that made sense. She helped me create a custom ring and it felt like a team effort the entire time. My fiancee loved the ring; the mark lash team over delivered on what they promised. Edit: Already came back for more. Service and quality are unbeatable. I thought personal jewelers were for the rich but it’s not so. There is something for every budget here but you’re treated like you’re rich regardless. If you’re looking for something try Mark Lash before buying from the big chains, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I would post a photo of our engagement ring but honestly none of the photos I’ve taken do it justice. The ring is gorgeous and a pic can’t truly capture it.
